Five Swallows Fine Art | Process

Five Swallows Fine Art follows a refined, simplified process that allows the client to effortlessly navigate from the desire for custom artwork to having it hanging in their space.

 

1. Initial Meeting

The initial meeting is a chance for Five Swallows Fine Art to present our capabilities, and for the client the share its concepts, ideas, stories, vision.

 

2. Multiple concept proposal

Depending on the breadth of the vision charette, a number of visual themes will be proposed. Usually this consists or the presentation of multiple themed image groups.

 

3. Selection

After concept proposal, Five Swallows Fine Art works with the client to select an appropriate theme for artwork.

 

4. Site visit

Five Swallows performs a site visit and collects measurements, photographs and information/visual inspiration from the site's surroundings.

5. Mock-up

Digital mock-up of artwork and photography are provided for the client to see what the work will look like in the space. Additionally, all paintings are mocked up as to give the client a clear impression of the final product.

 

6. Quotation

Detailed quotations are provided for the client's review.

 

7. Deposit

Clients are asked to provide a deposit prior to the commencement of the creation of artwork.

 

8. Creation of Artwork

Full size artwork is created to the specification proposed previously in the mock-ups and quotation.

 

8. Crating, Delivery, Installation.

Our professional installers handle all of the logistics required to deliver artwork safely to site and install with the greatest care and precision.
